Refund policy
Due to the handmade and limited-quantity nature of our ceramics, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, personal preference, or other non-defect reasons.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund. If the same piece is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable resolution.
Please keep the damaged item and all packaging until we have reviewed your request.
Handmade Variations
Each Origin Ceramics piece is handcrafted, and natural variation is an essential part of its character.
Variations may include differences in:
- Shape and dimensions
- Brushwork and pattern placement
- Glaze color and texture
- Kiln marks and firing effects
- Surface texture and other marks of the handmade process
These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
We make every effort to represent each piece accurately through our product photography and descriptions, but colors and details may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the work.
Made-to-Order and Custom Pieces
Made-to-Order, personalized, and custom pieces are also final sale.
If a Made-to-Order or custom item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Sale Items
Sale items and pieces marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
