These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Origin Ceramics website and your purchase of products from Origin Ceramics. By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Please review these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Our Products
Origin Ceramics offers handcrafted ceramics, including ready-to-ship, limited-quantity, one-of-a-kind, and Made-to-Order pieces.
Because our products are handmade, individual pieces may vary in shape, dimensions, brushwork, pattern placement, glaze color, texture, kiln effects, and other details.
These natural variations are part of the character of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, and details accurately. However, appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, the handmade process, and kiln firing.
2. Orders
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide, including your billing, shipping, and contact information, is complete and accurate.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Inventory errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Technical errors
- Shipping restrictions
- Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and may change without notice.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated or displayed during checkout where required.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or other errors on our website. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order or cancel and refund the affected order.
4. Ready-to-Ship Items
Items identified as Ready-to-Ship are generally available for shipment after our normal processing period.
Inventory for handmade and limited-quantity pieces may be very limited. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until checkout has been successfully completed.
5. Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-Order pieces are created after an order is placed.
Production times shown on product pages are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates. Ceramic production involves multiple handmade and kiln-firing stages, and unforeseen production delays may occasionally occur.
Unless otherwise stated, Made-to-Order pieces are final sale.
Because each piece is handmade, a Made-to-Order item will not be an exact replica of photographs or previously produced pieces. Reasonable variations in shape, brushwork, glaze, color, pattern placement, dimensions, and firing results are expected.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges because of change of mind, personal preference, minor handmade variations, or other non-defect reasons.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligibility for replacement or refund is governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Processing times, Made-to-Order production times, shipping charges, delivery estimates, address requirements, and procedures for damaged or lost shipments are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery dates provided by Origin Ceramics or shipping carriers are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Origin Ceramics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by law.
8. Damaged Products
We carefully package ceramics for shipment, but ceramics are inherently fragile.
If an item arrives damaged, please retain the item, shipping box, and packaging materials and contact us within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
We may request photographs of the product and packaging to evaluate the issue and assist with any carrier claim.
9. Product Use and Care
Customers are responsible for following any care or use instructions provided with a product or on our website.
Ceramic pieces should be inspected before use. Do not continue using an item that has developed significant cracks, sharp edges, structural damage, or other conditions that could make continued use unsafe.
Product descriptions will indicate when special use or care restrictions apply.
10. Website Content
All content appearing on the Origin Ceramics website, including photographs, product designs, artwork, illustrations, logos, graphics, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Origin Ceramics unless otherwise stated.
You may view and use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, modify, or use our website content or product photography without prior written permission.

You may not use our website or services:
